COZMO

Our second cat who really thought he was a dog.  Cozmo was always the socialite and never missed an opportunity to beg for food (as you can tell from the picture below).  My dear Cozmo was diagnosed with lymphoma on 4/2/01. It came fast and furious at the tender age of five.  The only symptom was his weight loss.  We tried everything from Chemotherapy, diet and acupuncture to help cure his cancer or at least extend his life a good bit, but on 8/2/01 we had to put him to sleep.  The cancer had spread to his Central Nervous System and he was not feeling well at all.  His quality of life was suffering and we had to let him go.  May he rest in peace.

During his treatment, I wrote down our experiences in a journal.  I did this because I found reading other owners experiences with cancer helpful.  You can read the journal here:  Cancer:
